April 16 Life Is Like A Boat...LIFE IS LIKE A BOAT
By: Rei Fu, Bleach! 1st ending song
Nobody knows who I really am I never felt this empty before And if I ever need someone to come along, Who’s gonna comfort me, and keep me strong? We are all rowing the boat of fate The waves keep on coming and we can’t escape But if we ever get lost on our way The waves would guide you through another day dooku de iki o shiteru toomei ni natta mitai kudayami ni omoe dakedo mekaku shisarete tadake inori o sasagete atarashii hi o matsu asayaka ni hikaru umi sono hate made Nobody knows who I really am Maybe they just don’t give a damn But if I ever need someone to come along I know you would follow me, and keep me strong hito no kokoro wa utsuriyuku mukedashiteku naru tsuki wa mada atarashii shuuki de mune o tsureteku And every time I see your face The ocean heaves up to my heart You make me wanna strain at the oars, and soon I can see the shore Oh, I can see the shore When will I see the shore? I want you to know who I really am I never thought I’d feel this way towards you And if you ever need someone to come along, I will follow you, and keep you strong tabi wa mada tsuzuiteku odayakana hi mo tsuki wa mata atarashii shuuki de ume o terashidasu inori o sasagete atarashii hi o matsu asayaka ni hikaru umi sono hate made And every time I see your face The ocean heaves up to my heart You make me wanna strain at the oars, and soon I can see the shore Unmei no huneoko gi nami wa tsugi kara tsuki e to watashi-tachi o sou kedo Sore mo suteki na tabi ne, dore mo suteki na tabi ne Wow....it's been ages that I've not been blogging already. This is an abandoned site haha.... Well, I'm quite busy recently, many things happened, but somehow I didn't have the time to talk about it. Plus, no idea about what to blog too. But this is a song I must introduce to everyone. A very nice and wonderful song sang by a Japanese singer, Rei Fu. A very soothing song which is about life and how we feel sometimes when we are down, depressed, we need a person called "FRIEND" to be with us to go through all the difficulties. Great song indeed. February 11 Busy busy CNY...Whoa....finally, I have the time to blog on the CNY activities recently. Really, I expected myself to be quite free throughout CNY so I can have time to finish my homework and do some studies. Turns out that I'm wrong. Since my family has a whole bunch of relatives, so a lot of visitings are done within this whole week. Not to mention that I got a whole load of angpows too.
FRIDAY, 3RD FEBRUARY
OK. So as planned way long before the CNY holidays, the U6B rombongan is visiting houses to collect angpows, and of the checkpoints is my house. So, got up early, help mum prepare the food and clean up the house a bit to welcome guests. Lots of guest. My sisters' friends are coming too. So, you can say that I'm kinda stuck with all the house chores. My sisters aren't up from bed, so I'm the only one who's helping out mum. Then, after a while, when to get the sisters out of bed and get them started with some work. Around 12.00 pm, my sisters' friends were already here, and of course, let my sisters deal with their own friends while I continue to help out mum. Mum's a real good cook. She's talented in cooking, but too bad, she just hates cooking. Something wrong with the statement? Nope. Mum finds cooking troublesome, that's why she dislikes cooking. But she can cook vey well. So, she's cooking today just for our friends. Thanks a lot mum. To dad too. Rush all the way back from office just to help mum to cook the curry chicken. And my aunt as well who helped to fry the nuggets. To treat our friends, mum cooked curry chicken, yellow ginger rice, lo han zhai( mixed veggies), fried nuggets and spaghetti with white cream sauce. My sisters' friends started of for lunch, while I waited for my friends to come as they said they would reached my house around 1.30 or 2.00pm. The waiting had my neck stretched as long as a giraffe because they have exceeded the time mentioned. So gave Joel a call and it seems that there's a delay and they would reached my house at 5.00pm. So, without anything to do, I slam myself on the bed and dozed off to dreamland as I didn't have enough sleep the night before. And finally, they came. At 5.00pm. And the house were flooded with my classmates. Or should I say granddaughters? 'Cause I don't know how or when, the girls started calling me " yeye" or " ah ye" (which means grandfather in case you don't know). So, I have whole bunch of "grandchildren" visiting me. Oh, my sisters and their friends were gambling at the same time as well. I didn't knew it. Form 1 students man, and they are playing black jack. I've gotta slap myself.
Everyone enjoyed the food that mum cooked. Weng Lian and Joel praised the curry chicken was excellent. Adding the curry chicken to the yellow ginger rice? Lagi syok!!! Su Fung said the spaghetti sauce was wonderful. Hahaha. I'm happy to have a mum who can cook so well. Then I went to bath as they were planning to leave around 6.00pm. Off we headed to Jia Wei's house at 6.15pm as Fang Yee and the rest wanted to watch the Project Superstar on 8TV. Turns out that we reached there just in time to watch the programme. Had a good laugh on all the contestants who came for audition. Weng Kin & his friend were already in Jia Wei's house waiting for us that time. After the show, what's next? Dinner time, of course!!! So we left and meet Siaw Wae at Chan Yau Kei. So, as the usual Chinese tradition, there's the typical low sang and dishes like crabs, chicken and bla bla bla. Man I'm gonna get sick of eating all the good and luxurious food. Feel like just eating only white porridge with salted egg. Anyway, we finished our dinner at almost 10.00pm, and due to some delays and our location, we were unable to see the fireworks which was scheduled at 10.00pm. Too bad. Mun Sau, Suet Li, Peck Yee and their gang left early as they were all girls while the rest of us went over to Siaw Wae's house. Damn, Serdang people are so rich!!! Siaw Wae's house looks just like a palace. There's a small pool table and lotsa antiques in her house. Her house decorations were nice too. Oh, she has 3 dogs too, which Jia Wei, Sze Hui and Fang Yee are afraid of. Hahaha. Girls will be girls. We even gambled at Siaw Wae's house. Black jack was the game. My friends were kinda shocked when I told them I don't know how to play. That's why I gotta slap myself. Anyway, Weng Lian pulled me into the game and he and Kok Wai taught how to play. Still, I don't get the idea of the game. But hey, I won RM 13. Thanks guys. Haha. We played till nearly 12.30 am and we left Siaw Wae's house and head back home. Man, it was a day filled of fun and joy.
SATURDAY, 4TH FEBRUARY
Going outing again today. Meeting up with Eric and King in Midvalley. The best buddies in NS camp. But somehow Eric showed up late so King and I planned to kacau him a bit by not answering his calls. Haha. Oh, met Shu Chi, Ting Wei and the whole S7 people at the food court. They were celebrating Ting Wei's birthday for her. Happy belated birthday Ting Wei. Met Choong Lii and Han Yuan at the food court too. They were planning to watch Fearless. Haha, I got to watch it before them. When Eric came, we went for lunch at Kim Gary as Eric had never tried out the food there before. For me it was the 2nd time having lunch in Kim Gary. After lunch, nothing much to do, so just stroll around the mall, stoppeed by the iMac shop to check out the Apple laptops and iPods. Man, these gadgets are so cool!!! Just by amplifiers for the iPod Nano and you can enjoy quality music like you hear on the radio or on the original CD!!! The laptops are just sleek and great!!! I'm gonna get myself one of these gadgets someday. Yeah, someday. Then, whaat else can 3 guys do? So we went to the arcade and played Time Crisis 3. Turns out that I'm a lousy shooter. No, is just that I can't aim well. Duh, if you can't aim well, how can you be a good shooter? After arcade, I went to Tower Records to buy Jay Chou's EP + DVD that was released recently. Why did I buy it? Nothing else, is just that I like the theme song that he sang for the movie "Fearless". And the music video is so cool. The EP also has a DVD that comes along with it where it has a collection of all his music videos from his "November's Chopin" album and highlights from his concert in Hong Kong. And you know how much this costs? Only Rm 45.00!!! Which is RM 15.00 less than the original price!!! It's definitely worth my money buying it. I don't buy originals for music all the while. But here's an exception for Jay Chou's Fearless EP. Heez. After buying, went to McDs for a tea break. Then Choong Lii called me to ask me if I need a lift home and at the same time come and visit me. How nice of him. Thanks man. So I had to leave King & Eric and meet Choong Lii. Thanks for the gathering guys. Though our whole gang wasn't able to come today. So, Choong Lii sent me home and came to my house for a Chinese New Year visiting. Then we sat down and chat and bla bla bla for an hour plus. Then he went home. My parents said he's a very well-mannered person. You hear that Choong Lii? My parents says you are a good guy man!!! Hahahaha.... Then, got to rush to my sister's tuition teacher's house for a small Chinese New Year dinner.
Man, Chinese New Year is just always full of visiting and eating. I have grown fatter already. Oh by the way, I've just got bad news for myself. My school teachers aren't happy with my results. So, what should I do? Work hard man!!! Study!!!!!
Sob sob sob.......... February 03 Fearless...Jet Li's best movie ever made!!!Fearless. Jet Li's last martial arts epic and action movie, but it is also his best martial arts movie ever made I must say. I love it a lot. Not to mention that I'm also a Jet Li fan.
Went to watch Fearless yesterday with my parents and my youngest sister at the State cinema. There were lots of empty seats, so tickets weren't a problem. The movie started at 3.00 pm and ended around 5.00 pm. What I wanted to say is, the fight scenes are absolutely awesome, the story is good compared to all his previous movies, no humourous elements which I don't expect in such movies, and there are plenty of valuable morals to learnt from this movie. Oh, one thing I forgot to mention. This movie is has some really touching scenes which I shed tears for the character Huo Yuan Jia. Somehow, when you watch this movie, your heart and feelings is bounded to Huo Yuan Jia the main character where you experienced his fall, his glory, his grief and his joy together with him. That's what I felt during throughout the whole show.
Fearless tells the story of Huo Yuan Jia, one of China's well-known martial artists after Wong Fei Hung, who restored glory to Chinese martial arts and brought China to its feet when China was being oppress by the foreigners. The above sentence was a quote from the official website www.fearlessthemovie.com. It sounds so cool and meaningful that I need not construct another sentence.
Huo Yuan Jia was born in a family which has practice martial arts for generations, and the Huo family holds the magnificient and powerful martial arts manouvere called the Fist of The Huo Family. As Yuan Jia was having asthma from his childhood days, his father forbid him to learn martial arts due to his health condition and another reason : to keep his son away from the danger of being a martial artist as Yuan Jia was a hot-headed and a bad tempered child. However, the stubborn Yuan Jia managed to steal his father's wushu manouvere with his friend's help, Nong Jing Sun and learnt the moves himself. As Yuan Jia grows up, he became an invicible fighter in Tianjin as he defeat all challengers. More and more people came and became his disciples to learn martial arts from him. But this mould him into an arrogant person who is always spoiling for a fight. His best friend Nong Jing Sun had always advice him not to solve problems with brutality and to stop fighting others, but Jing Sun's advice was not heeded. This resulted in a fight-to-death duel between Yuan Jia and Qin Ye, another martial artist who injured one of Yuan Jia's disciples. Yuan Jia managed to defeat Qin Ye but due to his brute power, Qin Ye died due to the blow he suffered from Yuan Jia. When Yuan Jia got home, his beloved mother and daughter was murdered as a revenge for Qin Ye. He was stunned and lost when he saw the dead bodies of his mother and daughter and wandered off far away as he has lost hope in everything, even his own life. But he was later saved by Yue Ci and Granny Sun and under Yue Ci's care, he became his ownself again, but has been relinquished of his hatred and negative feelings and became a man with a peaceful mind and heart. When he return to Tianjin, he found that the Chinese martial artists are being defeated by a US wrestler called O'Brien, who calls the Chinese "Sick People of The East". Determined to show that the Chinese aren't as weak as the foreigners thought, he sought help from his friend Nong Jing Sun to go to Shanghai to face O'Brien. He finally defeated O'Brien, earning respect not only from the Chinese, but from O'Brien as well for saving him from falling of the stage. Members of The Foreign Chambers of Commerce who were present at the fight between O'Brien and Yuan Jia, were stunned by Yuan Jia's amazing skills. They were afraid that Yuan Jia's victory might ignite the flames of anti-Western sentiment in the Chinese people and thus challenge Yuan Jia to fight against 4 fighters from different countries : a British boxer, a Spanish swordsman, a Prussian soldier and a Japanese martial artist.Yuan Jia accepts the challenge without any hesitation as he sees it as an opportunity to bring honor and pride to China and its people. But Jing Sun, being his best friend, suspects an evil plan behind the challenge but Yuan Jia told him that it is his will to do so. At the stage where the 4 challengers pit their skills against Yuan Jia, the boxer, the swordsman and the soldier were defeated by Yuan Jia easily. The last challenger, Anno Tanaka, used his samurai sword against Yuan Jia's 3-sectioned cudgel, but they ended up fair and square. The 2nd round came where hand-to-hand combat is the main theme, Yuan Jia felt dizzy and weak and spits out a volume of blood. He was poisoned unknowingly throught the cup of tea he dranked before he went for the 2nd round. Jing Sun insisted on sending Yuan Jia to the hospital, but Yuan Jia refuses as he wants to end what he has started. Back on the stage, his condition became worst and his opponent, Anno Tanaka told him to stop competing and to heal himself first, staying alive is more important. But Yuan Jia told him that staying alive isn't one's matter, and he insisted on finishing the fight. In the end, Yuan Jia won with a forceful blow to Tanaka's heart, but he restrained his force as he recalls how he had killed Qin Ye with this blow. Having won a glorious battle, Yuan Jia left the world with his disciples and friends crying beside him. He is forever remembered as one of China's greatest heroes who fought for the pride and honor of China. Now, the Chin Wu Association that he has established originally in Shanghai has been spread throughout the world, spreading Yuan Jia's spirit and philosophy.
Not bad for a synopsis huh? But too long-winded. But I like this movie. I love it. I would like to watch it again if I have the chance. If the DVD's out, I'm definitely going to buy it and keep it. Not only that, the story is full of morals that one should consider and think about.
How many of us can have friends like Nong Jing Sun to give advice and to monitor our every mistakes and at the same time, lend a helping hand to you to establish your dreams? Or should I put it this way : of all the friends that we have knew, how many of them could be like Nong Jing Sun? Not more than 2, I supposed?
One should not be too busy at all times. Leaving sometime for yourself and your family would relieved you of all your stress and problems. Just like one scene where the village people would stand and enjoy the mountain breeze when they were planting in the paddy fields.
Another moral from this movie is that one should not always be so determined in winning or losing. Though winning would be a glorious moment for us, but sometimes losing isn't bad either. We might even gain something valuable in the process. For Yuan Jia, he might have defeated Qin Ye, but he lost his beloved mother and daughter. So from some aspects, he actually lost the fight. But he gained some enlightment in the process, which allows him to discover that martial arts isn't all about brute strength and killing. It's about sportmanship and respect among martial artists.
Some of my friends who got premiere tickets to the show said that the movie is just average only. Nothing special. But I find it wonderful. It's the best among all Jet Li's movies I must say. I know, opinions varies for different individuals. But it is definitely a great movie to watch during Chinese New Year. Really.
Jet Li rules!!! Jet Li's great!!! Jet Li forever!!!
Oh, by the way, the theme song for the movie sang by Jay Chow is nice too!!! Cool song with a cool music video. I love it.
Jet Li is......FEARLESS!!!!
January 21 I'm Masked Rider Knight!!!!
Whoaaa, am I such a person? I don't think so..... Redemption...what should i do?OK. Everyone makes mistakes. But I think I made one hell of a mistake that I'm not gonna be forgiven for. At least that's what I think.
Somehow or rather, I think my classmates are keeping a distance from me. It wasn't like this before. I used to be able to communicate and get along with them quite well, but now it seems that it's the reverse. Maybe it's due to something I said, something that doesn't seem to be quite insulting, but people might take it as a humiliation or insult. Stupid me. Silly me. Foolish me. Why don't I organize my words and sentences before I speak? Don't you have a brain? Huh? Don't you know how to think? Yeah, all I have is cow sense. Or even worst, no cow sense at all. Only non-sense.
Maybe I'm just being sensitive. But my intuition tells me that its my fault. What should I do? What can I do to redeem myself?
Sometimes. it's hard being a human. Yeah, really. But I can't blame myself for being a human. All I can blame is myself, for not having good EQ, for not thinking twice before I say anything, for not managing my network of relationships well. I'm a failure. Can't even organize my time well to study either. STPM's not far off, and I can't even upgrade my results to at least a B+. The 6th form T-shirt is having lotsa problems, and I can't fix it. Somee people like pink, and some don't. Some wants to change this and that and bla bla bla.
Ah, my head's gonna explode. That's the consequences for being lazy and disorganize. Oh, one more, for being too obliging. I play too much by the rules, and never once dare to take risks. Which makes me one helluva leader. A useless and dictatorial leader.
Lets hope things get better after the new year.
HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!! DON'T WISH GONG XI FA CHAI, 'CAUSE IF WE HAVE WEALTH BUT WE DON'T FEEL HAPPY, WHAT'S THE POINT? IF WE ARE HAPPY, THEN NO MATTER WE ARE RICH OR POOR, WE STILL FEEL THE JOY OF LIFE, NOT BEING CONSTRAINED BY THE LIMITS OF OUR WEALTH.
THEREFORE, I HEREBY WISH EVERYONE A HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!! January 13 Tough Times...Having a hard time coping with my homework.
Having difficulties understanding scientific and mathematical theories.
STPM's coming, and I have no preparations ready for war.
But one thing for sure, I'm free!!!! Free and no more bounded by the heavy chains !!!!
This is just crap. Don't bother what I type here. January 09 Foolish....I know. I know.
I'm a stupid and foolish guy who does not know my limits or who am I to go after something that is deemed heavenly and unreachable.
And crap. The whole world knows about it. Ya, I think the whole world knows about it. Words do spread fast in school, especially when you are a nobody trying to do something extraordinary. No, not in school, but in these era of modern technology, words and rumours do spread fast. Even those who left school also knew about it.
OK. I don't know why, when or where did I started. Somehow 2 years back it was nothing. Nothing special. Nothing extraordinary. But the feeling suddenly came to me this year. Don't know why. Maybe it's the contact and the distance.
Friends have been telling me to go after what I want. Don't care what other people say, don't care about what others think, just go for what I want. Fine. I have never done this before. And I know there will be lots of critics and bla bla bla. I'm just unsure of what to do. Many of my friends tell me to do it. Just do it. At least I tried. If not, I would not even have the chance at all. I'll be a laughing stock. Who am I to go after something so pure and heavenly? I'm just no one, no one. I'm just a useless bum who's just having problem coping with his studies and activities, disorganize, lazy, ugly, fat and who does not even know how to use public transport or drive a car at all!!!!!!
I'm..................
Just a coward. December 30 The Promise?? Or The Gay?? Or The Gay Promise??Aha. Finally I'm able to take some time out to blog. Have been very, very disorganized lately. No. All this while I'm very disorganized, especially on my academics part. I have no great achievements in my academics during my secondary school life yet, yes, due to the disorganized me. Always last minute work and laziness. No hardwork or determination at all.
Well, it should be the end of all my bad habits in the new year.
The Promise, or as it is named as Master of The Crimson Armour in the US, is a very much awaited fantasy epic from acclaimed Chinese director, Chen Kaige. he took 3 years to film this movie with star-studded cast : Hiroyuki Sanada from Japan; Jang Dong Gun from Korea; Nicholas Tse & Cecilia Cheung from Hong Kong and lastly, Liu Ye from China. As the movie synopsis in all entertainment magazines says, it is about the fate of a girl who's willing to acquire fame and wealth to be the most wanted beauty of all man, but she will never meet her true love for the rest of her life. And she has to deal with 3 men who battles for love.
I went to Midvalley yesterday just to watch this movie that I've anticipated for a long time. I'm always attracted to such fantasy epics and war movies.
I took out the tickets that I collected and showed it to him : 5 tickets for The Promise. We look at the ticket and we looked at each other.
"AAAAAARRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the heck?"
Now 10 tickets for The Promise. 10 tickets you know!!!!! And it costs RM 72!!! After much chaos and discussion, we compared our ticket reservation number.
186077( my one).
180677(Shiau Aun's one).
See the difference?? No difference right? Both numbers are the same right?
That's the problem. Wei Yann gave me 186077 and ask me to collect it at 10.30 am. And he also gave Shiau Aun the "same" number and asked him to collect the tickets too. In the end we ended up with 10 tickets for The Promise. Yeah, so much for the promise that I and Shiau Aun made to Wei Yann that we would collect the tickets and both of us ended spending RM 36 each. Such a sad case. T_T So, Shiau Aun had to take the tickets back to the counter and had it sold again to get back his cash. When Wei Yann came, our knuckles were cracking and ready with tight fists. You read the newspaper? About a boy who came all the way back to Malaysia from UK by aeroplane and went back to UK by floating on the sea? Yeah, you're right. That guy's Wei Yann. Wahahahaha.....
So everyone was here in front of the cinema, except for Chin Yik. After much calling, and calling, it was show time. 11.00am. Finally, Wei Yann got him on his phone and he told us he's on the way to Genting. Wei Yann just slam his phone on Chin Yik's face. Aeroplane guy. There goes the promise. He promised to come and meet us at Midvalley and now he's on the way to Genting. The Promise. Yeah right. The promise is broken. So we were left with one ticket and lucky me, I saw my junior, Tze Xiang shopping with his mother and I just ask him to join us for the movie, and he agreed. Thank God, the ticket was not wasted. And into the screening hall we went.
Luckily we did not went in on time for the movie. Neither did the movie started on time. The commercials are long enough to make you sleep. What?? This is Malaysia, and punctuality has never existed in Malaysia. That's Malaysia, Truly Asia. Anyway, the show kinda sucked though it has stunning visual effects, beautiful and lavish costumes and great backgrounds. Was laughing all the way through the show. Nicholas Tse portrays a gayish looking Duke of The North. But I kinda like the way he portray his character. But it was funny to see him sitting on a few of his men which acted like a throne for him. Plus I like his cool looks and the 2 lethal fans that he possessed. I kinda like Snow Wolf too, the character played by Liu Ye. I like the sabre that he wields. Cool!!! Here comes the conclusion : The Promise was more of a comedy than a fantasy epic. I was disappointed with it. It was not like what I had expected, with fantastic war scenes and cool sword fights.
After the movie we were craving for food and here comes the discussion :Where are we gonna eat? After much talking, my friends decided to take me to eat at the famous Kim Gary, since I have never been there and I have never eat the food before. I have heard a lot about Kim Gary, the food's nice, lots of pretty girls go there( that's what I heard from a friend who was once a waiter there) and bla bla bla.....the famous dish is Baked Rice with Cheese. I knew it was in Midvalley, but I didn't know it's exact location and under my friends' guidance, oh........it's outside Midvalley. No wonder I couldn't find it within the shopping mall!!!! Fuiyooo, I must say. The restaurant's full of people!!!! And we had to queue up, take our numbers and waited for our turn!!! But we didn't wait long as people come and go, there are empty seats. We were quickly seated and ordered our food. I ordered Pork Chop with Baked Rice and Cheese with Fruit Milk, a cream soup and a desert. It's a set actually. Wei Yann ordered the same thing as I, but the pork chop is replaced by chicken wings. Shiau Aun ordered Fried Rice while Beh ordered a mixed curry dish with sausage, ham, pork chop, egg and stuff with curry sauce and cheese topping. Shiau Aun's dish was the cheapest, RM 11.00; while mine was considered expensive, RM17.00, inclusive of drinks. And they were all saying that I'm rich and wealthy and all kinds of stuff and we bla and bla and bla until all the food came, except for Wei Yann's dish. They forgot to key in his order and by the time we almost finish gobbling our food, then only his dish came. We were like " Oh, excuse me, I need to use the washroom", ready to leave and let him pay the bill. Was joking with him actually. After lunch, we go window shopping again then go and play arcade, and later we went all the way down to Carrefour because Beh was asked by Lai Yen to buy a photo album. Then we go and stroll Speedy for CDs and I bought Fantastic 4 and Seoul Raiders. Cost me almost RM 50.00 man!!!! What to do? Piracy isn't reliable nowadays, the picture's not clear and the audio's lousy, so got to support original lo.
All of us left at 5.30 pm. Ah, the usual " good bye" " take care" " may we meet again" and bla bla bla...
Enjoyed the whole day today. Yeah, I can tell everyone that I have tasted Kim Gary's food!!!! My first time at Kim Gary's man!!!! Wooohoooo....
Crap!!!! 3 more days left till school reopens!!! Homework not finish yet!!!! Gonna be dead meat!!!!!
2006 is coming!!! 1 more day left!!!! HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!!!!! MAY THE NEW YEAR BRING US GOOD LUCK AND BLESSINGS!!!! December 24 Bleach! personality quiz : I'm Ichigo Kurosaki!!!!
Hmm....funny isn't it? I'm brave, strong & determined? Crap. But sometimes I'm misunderstood.
Oh by the way, to all Bleach! fans out there, check out http://www.bleachportal.net/. It has a lot info on what you need to understand the story, the terms and the characters about Bleach!
Recently I'm crazy over this manga. Don't know why, but it is worth reading and the storyline, humour and fights just attracts me. And I'm pursuing this manga wherever I go!!! Currently I've bought 23 issues of Bleach!, which costs me RM 103.50. Crazy isn't it? When you can read its manga online. But it takes time to load the images so I rather wait for the manga to be published and buy it to keep it as my collection. I wanted to watch the anime too but sadly, Form 6 doesn't give me much time to watch it.( What? You have time to blog but you don't have time to watch the anime!!!!???? o-O) Bleach! rocks!!! Bleach! rules!!! Haha, I'm eager to own one zanpakuto too!!!! Sorry, too engross with Bleach!'s story already. December 22 Snow Time!!! Merry Christmas!!!! Ho ho ho...."Jingle bells jingle bells jingle all the way..."
"Rudolph the red nose reindeer....."
"On the 1st day of Christmas my true love gave to me..."
Woohoo... Christmas's just around the corner!!! And it's present time!!! Hey you!!! The one in front of the computer!!! Where's my present? Haha, no offence man. Well, I ain't no Christian, but I love Christmas other than Chinese New Year and other Chinese festivals. Why? It's because of the joyful atmosphere that it brings about other than the presents!!! Haha. I'm not really into the presents actually. It's just a tradition of giving a gift to someone where the gift symbolizes represents the blessing of the person who gives the present. Just like the red packets which are given out during Chinese New Year. It's just a tradition and it also symbolizes blessings and good wishes from the elders. I actually dislike people who think it is proper to give an ultra-expensive gift as a Christmas present or seal big amount of cash inside the red packet to show your sincerity. I would be satisfied if someone just wish me Merry Christmas or just send me a card. Of course, presents are accepted, if you are willing to give me one, that is. Heez.
And I just got a SMS today. Former schoolmate Ju Liang is diagnosed with advanced stage of leukemia. Sounds really bad though I don't know how bad it is. I'm not that close with him actually, but the first impression that he gives me since we knew each other was he's kinda friendly. See his smile, and you will feel his warmth. Too bad he's been diagnosed with such illness at such a young age, where he should be doing stuff to achieve his lifetime goals, enjoy time with friends and do things what we young adoloscents should do. Really, I feel bad for him, but at the same time I feel fortunate for myself. I'm very lucky to have a quite healthy body and also not being the target of the grim reaper. We all should feel fortunate actually. Another guy who's diagnosed with cancer is Yeat Hann. He's got lymph node cancer. But he's recovering now though he still needs to for check up and medication. Thank God.
Since everyone is posting their Christmas wishes, I would not want to be left out either. Hope Santa's free enough to read my blog. Haha.
1. Prayers for Ju Liang a miracle will happen on him and may he recover soon
2. May Yeat Hann stay healthy and will need not to go for
any medication or check ups anymore
3. None other than my STPM results.
May I score a 4 flat so that I can bright my heritage boast my ancestors
( it's "guang zong yao zu" in Mandarin.. :P)
4. Hopefully that she and I could work out our relationship.
I..really like her....( Nah, that's impossible!!!)
5. I want an MP3 player!!! Either CREATIVE ZEN, SAMSUNG or an iPod!!!! (Dreaming...)

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!!! AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! BEST WISHES AND BLESSINGS FOR 2006!!! December 18 Genting is so packed!!!! And very misty!!!!Someone help me please.
I'm suffocating as the result of the crowded people in Genting Highlands.
But now I don't need help anymore. Back in KL again. :P
After the Penang trip, my family told me that we are to go up to Genting for a family trip together with my aunt's family. Going up on Saturday and coming back on Sunday. There, I lose another day to study again. But who loves studying? I guess it's only me 'cause I'm not studying material. So as usual, everytime I go to Genting I would take my sisters for a movie, but my dad says no. Wait for him to watch together in KL. He didn't join us in this Genting trip as his company was having an annual dinner. So I couldn't watch Narnia and King Kong in Genting. Boring then. I don't play outdoor theme park either, 'cause my sisters and cousin aren't tall enough and I don't think they can take the challenge yet. No point playing myself, not fun. No friends to join me. So ended up playing Euro Express with my sisters and cousins. Though it was quite boring, but I got to buy 3 shirts and a bermuda. Nice and worthy as all of it was given 30-50% discount. After dinner, I wanted to play archery, but unfortunately, it was closed. So ended up taking 2 of my sisters to play arcade. Nothing much. Played Ghost Squad but sadly, my shooting skills aren't good enough. Ran out of credits after a few rounds. Oh ya, bought a Christmas gift for someone.
The weather there was extremely cold. And very misty plus it was raining today. Since it was raining in the morning, the indoor theme park was fully packed with people. Couldn't stand the crowd and so we quickly left Genting as soon as possible. Came back at 4 pm today.
Tired. And I've grown fat. My weight has increased to 71 kg compared to the 61 kg since I came back from NS.
Workout man, workout!!!! Penang 5s2 Class Trip 2005Ho ho ho....Christmas is just around the corner. Wishing an early Merry Christmas to all of you!!!!
And I'm back!!! From the Penang class trip!!!! Kinda fun, but we wasted so much time that we did not really get to go and visit the famous places in Penang, except for Bukit Bendera.
First day was a disaster, though it was kinda fun and exciting in Gua Tempurung. We left school at 8 am( 30 minutes late than the original planned time due to some delays) and reach Gua Tempurung at 11.30 am. You know what? We were to walk about 900 over steps to reach the top of the cave and then the interesting part comes...we need to slide down to go below the cave!!! And it's no playground slide, only rock and sand. Everyone was like exhausted when we finish climbing the steps. Then the guide told us we need to slide down the rocks to go beneath the cave and everyone was like, "haaa????". But the interesting part was Jia Wei. She was screaming at the top of her voice as she was sliding down the rocks and everyone was like laughing like mad. They say they saw tears in her eyes. Pity her. After everyone slided down the rocks, we had to bend our bodies and crawl under those stalagmites. And we were all soaking wet as we need to go through the river water flowing in the cave. Thanks to Wai Loon too as he was the one splashing water at all of us. And the cave was "gelap gelita" until we "stretch hands cannot see 5 fingers". Cool eh? Spent about 3 hours in the cave crawling and finally, we get to see light again!!!!! Yeah!!!! We are no more engulfed by the darkness anymore!!! But sad thing we didn't bring any tools along. There were a whole lot of marble stones along the cave wall. If not, can be wealthy before 30 years old. Muahahahahahahahahaha.....joking only. Then all of us went to changed our clothes, continue the journey, stop for lunch at 3.00pm and continue journey again. The worst part comes at 5.30pm. The bus suddenly stops at the roadside because there was some noise under the bus. No, this is not a scene from a horror movie. The long shaft of the bus is damaged, according to the bus driver. And since we are at the roadside, it's kinda difficult to get help. So we were we stranded at the roadside while the bus driver went looking for help, and it was about 2 to 3 hours long before the mechanic and the police came. It was very, very hot in the bus as the air conditioner is offed to save battery power. The guys who can't hold their bladders had to settle it by the roadside. Haha, many of them had their photographs taken man!!! By the time the mechanic had finish repairing the long shaft, it was already 9.30pm, and we reached Penang at 11.45pm. Thanks to the delay, we couldn't have barbeque at the beachside on the first night as it was Hui Ru's birthday. Our dinner became our supper and we settled it at Gurney Drive. Oh, by the way, Gurney Drive is under construction at the moment, so all the hawker stalls have been stationed temporarily at another place. But I don't know where is it...lol. Then all went to check in at Bayu Emas apartment, settle our luggage, bath and chor dai di!!! Then slept at 5 am....damn early man.....
2nd day. Woke up at 7.30 am. Was shivering like hell after the sleep. Didn't cover my whole body with the blanket. The air conditioner in the room was freezing cold. Fortunately Su Fung & Sally who shared the same apartment unit with me had woke up early and boiled a kettle of water. Su Fung gave me a cup of warm water to warm myself up. The earliest to wake up was the 2 girls & I. But we couldn't get out of our unit as we passed our key to Geng Yi, Xiu Nuan & Vway Hau who shared the same unit as us. The grill was locked. Could have been barbecued if a fire were to break out. :P haha. When everyone was awake and all prepared, all of us went down to Eu Harn's unit to have instant noodles for breakfast when Geng Yi they all came back. After that, all set out for Bukit Bendera. On reaching the station in Bukit Bendera, only then we knew that we had to wait for 1/2 an hour for the next cable car. At 11 am only we took the cable car up. Nothing much along the cable car trail, except lush greeneries and a few monkeys at a higher level. Saw a pair of monkeys scratching each others butt and another one sitting on the fence staring at us stupidly. Nothing much up Bukit Bendera, just lots of stalls and greeneries.Snapped photos, posed stupid poses and left Bukit Bendera around 12.15pm. Then we went to a seafood restaurant near Gurney Plaza to have lunch. Obviously the lunch we had on the 2nd day was much better than the 1st day. After lunch, spent 2 hours strolling Gurney Plaza. The Christmas decorations there were quite nice, especially the tall Christmas tree stationed at the main entrance.
One thing about Gurney PLaza. Lots of boutiques around there. Wei Yann, Eng Hui & I spend most of the time strolling all the boutiques and we bumped into Jia Wei they all for 3 times!!! And no one else!!! Hahaha...means we all have the same taste for clothes...lol. Didn't buy anything there 'cause I think can buy it in KL. Then went back to apartment to rest to get ready for the barbecue at night. But the barbecue thing was messy as we were not fully prepared. Not enough matches, barbecue pits, high tides, plus some casualties on Eu Harn's part. He stepped on heated sand and got a pair of barbecued feet. Poor thing. Nevertheless, we still managed to barbecue the food that we brought though all of us weren't that full after that barbecue. All of us went back to apartment again, bath, then while most of the people went down to the mamak stall, my unit except Geng Yi, Vway Hau & Siu Nuan all stayed in the apartment. Why you ask? All because of the dear Sally. We thought she was still bathing and so we thought to go and remind her that we need to join the rest at the mamak stall, but heaven knows!!!.....She was on the phone with her boyfriend!!!! And she's been chatting with him for an hour plus!!!! And that's how long we waited for her to get ready!!!! Haha, it's not her boyfriend actually, but more of a suitor. A guy who's going after her in Taylors. But all of us didn't really want to go down to the mamak stall actually. All of us were too tired because of having lots of sleepless nights. But we still ended up playing "chor dai di" in the room and teasing Sally and her suitor on their conversation on the phone. Went to sleep earlier on the 2nd day. Around 2 or 3 am. But still, it's very early leh....
3rd day. The last day of our trip. Woke up at 8.30 am. My mind's blank and blur. Woke up, look at my friends blurly and sat down. Yawnnnn.....still wanna sleep. It's always like this. if you ever go for class trips or gathering trips like this, you are bound to have sleepless nights 'cause all you wanna have is fun. Got a morning call from Eu Harn. Leaving at 9.45 am. Glad his feet was much better before, but he has to wear slippers. Breakfast was the same. Instant noodles and packet Milo. Well, it's better than nothing, but it's bad for health. I remember Peck Yee told me that she eats instant noodles for breakfast everyday. Everyday you know!!!!???? I was shocked, 'cause I was told that instant noodles deteriorates your memory and brain functions. Ahhhh, back to the trip again. After breakfast, everyone packed and bath and so on. Then all check out of the apartment. Since the lifts were all flooded with people, so Eu Harn, You Bing and I took the staircase to go down to the lobby. Everyone was like, " What the..??? You all walk all the way down here ah??" Ahem, it ain't no big problem ok, since I am healthy and strong and complete with a pair of legs, so why not just take a small walk from the 9th floor. OK, back to the trip thing again. After all of us checked out, we hopped on the bus and went....where? Go Him Heang la, to buy the famous local products of Penang. Tau Sa Piah, Nutmeg Oil and bla bla..... Wei Yann spent about RM 100 over on all these biscuits and pastries. Miss them, he says, and he's bringing some of it back to UK. Sally bought a few bottles of nutmeg oil for her...erm...who? Some of her relative she mentioned. Eng Hui bought a lot of biscuits and pastries too. I spent about RM 30 plus on these things only. What can I say about these people? Rich. They are rich. Extremely rich. Wei Yann's going to South Africa right after the Penang trip, which means he's leaving on Thursday. Sally's going to Singapore on 23rd and coming back on the 25th. What to do? I'm not born with a silver spoon in my mouth....so, what does that suppose to mean? That means....I've got to work harder!!! Gotta study harder!!!! Gotta be smarter!!!!! Watch less TV & movies!!!! Spend more time on my academics so that I can have a better future!!!!! OK, that's enough, back to the trip again. After buying the products, continue with the journey again, then had our lunch at around 3.00pm, then again continue journey again until we reached KL around 7.00pm. Since all of us are together, and we have extra RM 32, as Shea Kang puts it, so all of us went for dinner in Midvalley. But too bad Wei Yann went back early and he couldn't join us. After much strolling around, dinner location was decided : Nandos. Frankly speaking, I didn't like the idea of eating in Nandos 'cause it was quite pricy and there wasan't much variety. But never mind, my stomach is an incinerator which turns anything into ash that goes into it. While waiting for our orders to come, the Behs, the Ngs, Geng Yi & I accompanied Sally to stroll the boutiques. After that, back to Nandos to have our dinner. As usual, our table was the noisiest of all. Hey, you can't blame us, we are youngsters man, and what we need is fun!!!! Yeah baby!!! OK then, here comes the bill. There are 27 of us altogether, and the orders we made costs RM 10 - 18 per person, plus drinks and the tax. Do the math. The whole thing cost about RM 400 plus. Woooo, my wallet is searing with fire . Then, it's parting time. Everyone was wishing each other, hugging and bla bla....all the things that we usually do when we part with our relatives or friends. Up we go on the bus, and we are on the way back to CHS, the same old place where we spent our last 5 years(for me, it would be 7 years after I finish my STPM).
So, that's a stop to the Penang trip. I watched as my friends carry their luggage, going up their cars and return to their homes. I wonder when can I see them again. Friends are memories, that you can't eliminate or delete off your brain. It's forever. It's endless. Friendship goes on for eternity.
Take care my friends. So long as we live, may we see each other again.

December 01 Bug Catching!!! ~ Part 2Ahhh........
Finally, I have got enough rest from all the hustle and bustle about the bug catching thingy. Ohh, where was I?
Ahhh, right, continuation from the previous entry. We did the bug catching until about 4 am in the morning. 4 am!!! The streets are empty and not a soul is seen except us. What does this mean? This means.... we can drift!!!! Muahahahaha, like Jay Chow!!! Hahahahaha.....Oopss, sorry, still a bit dreamy. Haha.
We went back to the hotel about nearly 4 am in the morning. Our plan was to get a bit of rest and wake up at 5.30 am to continue our bug catching operation. In the end, I was the only one who woke up. The rest? What else, in deep slumber of course. Since I'm the only fool awake, I went back to sleep again. By 7.30 am I was awake again. I merely got any rest at all. But I'm still as playful as a monkey!!! Oh, I'm big sized, should I say as playful as a piggy? First destination after breakfast : Cactus Valley. Nothing much there, just to see all the cactuses and flowers and plants. We didn't forget to take photos and snapshots too. Acted like a fool while taking those photos. You would never admit that you ever knew me after seeing those photos. Then we went to the butterfly farm to see the butterfly and beetle specimens sold there. You would be shocked after hearing the prices of these insects. RM 280 for 58 insects which has already been framed up!!! That was very, very, very expensive. We ended up buying " tau fu fa " in front of the butterfly farm shop. Delicious. Worthy. Better than buying those stupid and good-for-nothing insects. then we were on our way again for lunch before leaving Cameron Highlands for sure. Reached home about 9.30pm. Said nothing, watch nothing. After a warm shower, TIMBERRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I fell on the bed and dozed off to dream land.
WEDNESDAY, 30TH NOVEMBER 2005
The bug catching doesn't ends here after the Cameron trip. Somehow or rather we weren't quite satisfied with our catch in Camerons. So Kok Wai & Joel they all took my group down to Lake Garden to try our luck. Thanks a lot guys, especially Joel & Weng Lian for leading us to the place where we finally were able to get butterflies which look more like butterflies. Means that the butterflies there are much nicer and more beautiful. I caught 3 butterflies in a row. Lucky catch I guess. Before this I was running up and down chasing those stupid butterflies. Oh by the way, I caught a carpenter bee too. But my group wasn't that satisfied after catching butterflies and dragonflies at Lake Garden. We lack beetles. Therefore we went all the way down to Gombak to buy specimens from Syarikat Papillon. Crap. A long journey down to Gombak and the shop was far inside an industrial area. We went through sweat and blood, overcome obstacles and bumps and people, and we reached there at 5.00 pm, when they were about to close shop. We were told to come the next day. We were like what? Come again? We came all the way down and they tell us to come another day? Luckily we told them we wanted to buy a few beetles only and they accepted the business quickly and close shop. By the time I reached home, it was almost 8.30pm. Traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur. That's unavoidable. Plus it's after work, where everyone's going home from offices and factories.
Something funny and scary happened when we were on the way to Gombak.
Joel was driving his white elephant with 6 of us in it. Then I don't know how and we don't know how we came to the entrance of the Parliament Building. There was a police booth at the entrance and since Joel didn't want to get a fine, Weng Hong and I got out of the car half-way before he proceeded to the Parliament entrance to make a U-turn back. As it was Wednesday, there was a conference in the Parliament. There were 2 soldiers at the entrance and they stopped Joel's car. And they questioned him and the rest. It was not only that. They were fierce. There was 2 other soldiers filling there M16's or whatsoever gun is it at the side. The sound of the bullets being inserted into the magazine made Joel was nervous. After a while Joel they were free. What's the whole fuss about?
The soldiers thought we were a bunch of teenage terrorists trying to bomb the Parliament with bugs and formaline in the boot of Joel's car.
Clever, aren't they? But I understand what they did, it's for safety reasons. November 29 Back from Cameron!!!~Part 1I'm back.
From Cameron Highlands.
No cheers? No claps?
Fine, I know I'm disliked by everyone....Hahahaha.....
The bug catching started after the cockroach hunt.....We were to catch 25 species of insects to be preserved into specimens. We went bug hunting everywhere....from Bukit Kiara to FRIM in Kepong & also in school, then there comes the real bug hunting trip....Cameron Highlands.
We first gathered in front of 7-11 & we left at 8 am on Saturday. Nothing much throughout the whole journey, we had a very humourous tour guide who accompanied us throughout the whole journey. It was very nice of the tour guide to prepare us muffins for breakfast, but what do you know? We got additional ingredients in the muffin.
A lizard. Yeah, you heard it right. A lizard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the muffins!!!!!!!!!!! Imagine that!!! And Joel gobbled down 3 of it without thinking!!!!! Of course, that was before we knew that the muffins had a lizard in it. Hahaha, we almost puked after hearing that. Then we settled our lunch at..........aiya, forgotten already. Recently I'm kinda forgetful......maybe I'm growing older day by day.( duh?!) Then we came to Kuala Woh where we started our first bug hunt : Catching Raja Brookes. Don't know what's a Raja Brooke? Well it's a butterfly, quite big and beautiful. And it's very hard to catch too! Imagine that Raja Brooke gliding in the air while we were running round catching them. And despite the Raja Brookes being outnumbered by us, we were only able to catch 2 only. One for my group and one for Weng Lian's group. Pity Kok Wai who couldn't get the Raja Brooke. Oh I forgot to mention the river at Kuala Woh. It's partially cold & hot. The river water itself is cold & cooling, but the sand and the rocks at the shallow parts of the river were hot. Some were even boiling hot that fumes were coming out from the ground. And you can even cook an egg in the water!!!! Cool!!!! But I spend most of my time catching bugs the first day we reached Kuala Woh, just managed to stick my feet into the river to test the temperature. After that we continued our journey and we reach the strawberry farm and the bee farm. We then checked into Parkland Hotel at Brinchang around 5.30 pm. The hotel rooms are quite ok, but the only thing it lacks is the electrical jug to boil hot water!!! We can't even eat Maggi mee or drink a cup of hot Milo at all!!!! But the bug catching doesn't ends here after the check in. Ah Lian, Joel and the rest went bug hunting around the areas near the hotel while some of them rested in the hotel. Weng Hong , Zhen Hong and I were in the room killing the Raja Brooke that we caught.Too Bad we didn't bring acetyl acetate along. We sprayed a whole lot of insecticide and it took about half an hour for it to die. And we injected formaline into the Raja Brooke after it was almost half dead and it was struggling like mad man!!! While we were injecting the formaline, a wonderful thing happened. Somehow or rather I accidentally spilled the jar of formaline onto the floor, and voila!!!! the room was filled with a pleasant smell of formaline. And the smell was still there until midnight. Anyway, we meddled with all this stuff until it was dinner time.
Dinner was kinda fun & tasty. We had steamboat and I was the so called chef of my table comprising of Peck Peck( sorry la peck yee :P), Choy Wan, Weng Hong, Joel, Suet Li, Su Yin and Kar Yee. I was having the pleasure of cooking the food and "zatting" the girls. Then at the end of the meal, our table and Kok Wai's table compete to see who can bring eggs with one hand. Luckily we had Peck Yee at our table. Then after dinner we go to the nearby night bazaar and what else? Shop la!!! I bought a chain myself, the girls were shopping for souvenirs while the rest were buying flowers or snacks. Then we went back to the hotel to play and enjoy the snacks. Of course, it was fun as there was a handsome guy called Kian Chuen and a funny guy Liang Jit with us. The girls were having a very good time with this 2 fellas. Then the climax of bug catching came. Weng Lian, Kok Wai and my group were ready to catch bugs at 12 am. We walk a distance to a nearby temple as the area around it was kinda dark. A good spot for setting up a light trap. But somehow my emergency light wasn't strong enough so the light trap was a failure. We ended up scanning the ground, bushes and trees with our torch lights for bugs. We got quite a catch as we had stick insects, moths and cicadas. But Kok Wai's group was lucky. They just scanned the ground and they found a dunno-what beetle with a size almost as big as my thumb and they also found a leaf insect. And it was the only beetle found crawling on the ground!!!!! Damn!!! How lucky they were!!! And you know where we catch all these insects? Just right in front of the temple. Oh Buddha, please forgive us, we are only doing our projects.
The bug catching ended around 4 am. It was quite worthwhile sacrificing our sleeping time to catch the bugs for our project. But we paid the price of catching the insects. All of us transform into pandas in one night. Hahahaha........come to Camerons & you can these pandas, but hey, now they are back in KL already.
Too many things to mention...will stop here first....getting sleepy now. Will continue in the next entry.
Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz............................ November 05 Tanjung Sepat Trip~My stomach's bloated.....I expect myself to be free during this week of holidays, busy doing Biology projects and doing some research work for Chemistry.
Oh...turns out that I'm fully occupied with activities throughout this whole week.
And that sounds kinda bad. But it isn't entirely bad either.
Oh, what the hell was I crapping about? Never mind.....
Watch Chicken Little already? Hmmm, I must say that I watch it yesterday, which is the official date of it's release. And you know what? I get to "chuan" Ern Huey who want's to watch but cannot watch the show.Muahahahahahahahaahahahahaha.......Ern Huey,if you are reading this, please fertilise the Malaysian soil as much as you can 'cause eruption from you causes lots of lava flowing out of the top of your head. Hahaha, joking only. But I find this movie very educating in terms of parental guiding, not to mention the cute little chickie with his friends and the laughs which comes along with the show. Really, there are some parts in the show which I personally find it very touching. Oh, did I mention why I got to watch the movie? It all comes back to my sisters who's been pestering my dad to take them for a movie. And I had to tag a long to look after my sisters-just to help out my dad 'cause mum didn't follow us to the cinema. And this gives me the chance to "chuan" Ern Huey. Muahahahahahahahaha.....
And I've been out the whole day today.Again. Guess where I went? Aha, just as the title says, Tanjung Sepat. Mum's kindergarten's friend, Mrs. Soon lead us to our destination. The term's tour guide, if you call it the proper way, 'cause that's Mrs. Soon's and her husband's hometown. Who else to be the tour guide if it's none other than the locals who has spent half their lives growing up there? Well, leaving at 8.00 am in the morning without any breakfast, we met up with the Soon's at the Nilai toll junction and from there they lead the way throughout the whole journey. Wanna know where I went in Tanjung Sepat? Activities are listed as below :
1. Dragon Fruit Orchard
The first stop was the dragon fruit orchard. Ever eaten a dragon fruit before? Or have you ever hear or see how does a dragon fruit looks like? Haha, I'm happy to tell you here that dragon fruit is.....what else, dragon fruit la!!! Sorry, I don't know it's scientific name. But the fruit is reddish pink in colour with no leaves, and it has a lot of black tiny seeds within the fruit. The fruit is commonly available in white flesh with tiny seeds embedded within it, but there is a rare kind of dragon fruit which has a red flesh and this fruit with red flesh tastes better and contains more nutritional properties than the one with white flesh. And did you know that almost every part of the dragon fruit tree including the fruit is edible? The tree, has no layers of lignified stems and needs a wooden stick to support its growth, can be cut into pieces and cooked as a dish on the dining table. In fact, the tree itself looks like a cactus, minus the prickly thorns and it is long in shape. The flower of the tree can be made to drink as tea when the flower is dried in the sun or when the flower withers naturally. The skin of the fruit can be boiled together with barley water to enrich the barley water with its nutritional properties plus giving the barley water its reddish colour. When the dragon fruit is processed, it can be made into a can drink( which I find it very normal and not very tasty ) or a vinegar-like drink (which the people there call it "enzyme", though I think its a wrong term to use to describe that drink). The can drink costs RM 3.50 while the vinegar-like drink costs RM30.00 per bottle. Expensive, I must say. And 2 dragon fruits makes up about 1 kilogrammes which costs RM 12.00!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!! But we brought 5 kilogrammes of dragon fruit back. Get the term, BROUGHT,not BOUGHT, 'cause that orchard belongs to Mrs. Soon's friend, and they didn't charge us at all!!!! So generous of them!!!! Oh, I forgot one more thing : the lifespan of a dragon fruit tree is about 30 years if it is not infected by diseases or damaged by weather or pests. Cool!!!!!
2. Pig Farm
Aha, this is one place that I think most people or rather, everyone, would not go at all. But it's ok for me though I must admit this place stinks like hell. You will find nothing in the pig farm except pigs, and I mean gigantic pigs in my estimation which might weigh about 80-100 over kilogrammes. And of course, the unbearable stench which originates from the pigs' faeces and tonnes of flies flying around plus some dead bodies of piglets being left at the road side just to rot. Pity those dead little piglets. The environment is of course, unhygiene especially for the pigs, where they have to sleep with their faeces and urine, and these causes the unbearable stench and the flies hovering over the pigs' bodies. One thing to mention, I happen to see a pig urinating and you know what? It's like water flowing non-stop from an unclose tap. "Cool", isn't it? And I also noticed that the eyes of the pig are quite similar to humans. Maybe that explains why scientists clone(is it the right term?) human organs within pigs for human uses. I managed to catch some flies for my Biology project, but I didn't expect them to have such a short lifespan. Damn. Looks like my project is gonna be a failure.
3. Longan Orchard & Pantai Morib
After the pig farm, we went for lunch and then we came to this longan orchard. This orchard's been on The Star before,I remembered I read about it. But I forgotten about it already. Don't expect me to remember a newpaper article as I can't even memorize a single theory from my Chemistry textbook. Nothing much here as we just went round scouting for longans. But I manage to snap a picture of a bat trapped within a net surrounding the longan trees and it has been strangled to death, as a result of struggling when it was caught in the net. And we set down to have a break of ice-creams and crackers before we proceed to the next destination, Morib beach. As we reach there, we see nothing but "barren" lands of sandy beaches. The sea was far far away from the beach as a result of low tide. We walked the sandy beaches which still has pools of water, while my sisters and Mrs. Soon's son and daughter searched the sands for shells and crabs. That went on for about an hour and we went for eating again. Ordered some coconuts and 2 plates of satay cuttle fish with chilli sauce . Boy, now I know that the newspaper article in The Star introducing Tanjung Sepat and its people is true. They eat about 4-5 meals a day. Damn, I'm gonna gain more weight than usual with all these eating.
4. Vita Agrotech, Dinner & Fishing Center
We went to the Soon's house near by and bath and get some rest. Mrs. Soon went out on a motorcycle and she brought us some gifts. Guess what? Food again. Prawn fritters with some sausages and banana fritters cut into several pieces. Man, how am I suppose to slim down though I must admit that the aroma of the food is irresistable? Anyway, I gobbled down the food. It's not good to reject Mrs. Soon's hospitality and generosity. After everyone's cleaned up, we visited Vita Agrotech, or the so called mushroom farm. We saw a few kinds of mushrooms there, like the Monkey Head mushroom, Oyster Mushroom, Ling Zhi and Mu Er( don't know how to say this two in English). In fact, this are the only species they are breeding in the farm. And we got a brief idea of how this mushrooms are grown :
1. Substrate preparation
2. Bagging of saw dust
3. Capping of bag
4. Sterilization
5. Inoculation
6. Incubation
7. Watering
8. Harvesting
The substrate mentioned above is saw dust prepared from trunks of rubber trees. And it must be only rubber trees. No others allowed. It's a better medium, says the person-in-charge. Then, the saw dust is bagged into plastic bags and it is capped. The bagged saw dusts are then put into huge ovens to be sterilized by water steam at 98 Celcius degrees. After that you have the inoculation, incubation and watering part and after 5-7 months, harvesting begins. Then we brought to a room which displays an array of products produced from the mushrooms. They even have Monkey Head mushrooms produced into mushroom chips!!!!! Amazing, I must say. After that we went for a scrumptious feast of seafood which was, of course, again Mr. and Mrs. Soon's treat. We fried sotong, oyster platter, prawns, fish and crabs. And I must mention, all the dishes are very, very fresh. And tasty too!!!!! Maybe even tastier than the seafood I took in Teluk Gong. After dinner, the Soon's took us to a nearby fishing center just to see how the folks there spent their night by fishing. Everytime they got a big fish, they would hook it through its gills and leave it in the water to live before using it to claim the jackpot money. I find it kinda cruel to treat the fish that way. The fish are breeded in the pond just to fulfill man's pleasure of fishing. Well, that's man's way of fulfilling ownself's pleasure and desire by causing the suffering and pain of others.
Finally, we were on our way home. But we brought back a lot of edible souvenirs, courtesy of Mr. & Mrs. Soon. And here I am, typing this entry for my blog.
And I'm having a bloated stomach full of seafood.............Gosh, I'm gonna be fat. Real fat.
October 30 Busy but Crazy....Uh huh. It was busy but crazy. But that was yesterday's business.
Went to Red Box at Sunway Pyramid with Weng Lian, Joel, Wei Yao, Su Fung, Choy Wan, Shu Chi, Soo Teng, Peck Yee, Ngai Wei, Ern Huey, Yen Sun and Siaw Wae. All I can say is.....wow. Yesterday was the craziest moment I ever experienced in Red Box. Everyone was like, mad, if it's the correct word. Singing, shouting, cheering, jumping up and down like a bunch of gorillas. Oh sorry, monkeys I mean. Gorillas don't jump. A very happy day yesterday. You could never expect the girls to be so crazy when it comes to singing, especially Ern Huey, Yen Sun and Ngai Wei. See them sing SHE's songs. As if they were having a mini concert in the room. Everyone standing up and cheering. And hear Joel and Ah Lian sing David Tao, Jay Chow and Lee Hom's songs. You will have to clean your ears and shout for more. Of course, something sweet happened in the process. Hmmm, only those who went will understand what I mean.
After Red Box, we went to watch Doom. Too bad Ern Huey, Yen Sun, Ngai Wei and Siaw Wae can't join us. It was a very violent movie. Damn violent movie. But the storyline kinda sucks though every part of it was breathtaking, keeps us wandering what is gonna happen next. But the worst part of the movie was the part near the ending where it was like scenes taken from the game itself. Very fake. And somehow I thought The Rock was suppose to be the last one standing with that " big, fat gun". Turns out that he became one of the villains. Anyway, the show packs a few laughs with serious action, not to mention gore and violence. Not recommended by me if you wanna watch this movie. Watch Zorro 2 instead. I think it would be a better choice.
Oh, I manage to buy Masked Rider Blade The Movie : Missing Ace yesterday. Yippeee!!!!! Now I've got 5 Masked Rider movies in my collection. The movie was kinda complicating, but I love the fight scenes and their transformation parts, not to mention that their attacks which was also an attraction in the movie. The previous Masked Rider movies like Masked Rider Dragon , Agito and 555 were also interesting, but comparing all of it, I prefer Masked Rider 555 The Movie : Paradise Lost and Masked Rider Blade The Movie : Missing Ace.
I sound childish do I? One would never expect an 18 year old guy to like such things. My friends were like " What? You still watch Masked Rider and Power Rangers?".
What can I do? I just love watching it. October 28 End of WarSound the horns. The war is over.
What should I do? What should I say? What expression should I make?
Yippppppppeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wooooooooohooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What else?
Yeah.....exam's........over.......( the tone goes up and drops down slowly)
Well, that's school life. You come to school, you attend the lessons, you complete the school work or assignments that you were suppose to do, then comes the worst part : you sit for the school's exam. And when the exam season comes, you can see everyone evolving into pandas. Yeah. That's a wonderful sight. You get to see pandas in Malaysia. And it's unique because they are born in Malaysia's SMJK Katholik.
Haha, well, we are used to it already. Immuned. Exam come and go, but it never scares me. Really. If exam is war, let us war then, though the end results wouldn't be a satisfying one. Of course, during the course of exam, all of us will get tired mentally, and will fall sick eventually. Just like me. As big as a bull, as huge as a gorilla, as heavy as an elephant, and as blind as a bat yet with a mind as a size of a pea. Yeah, that's me. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, I'm as ugly as a pile of cow dung too. I'm useless. Big in size yet I fell sick easily. Got urticarea ( don't know if the spelling's correct) rashes one week before exam. And I had fever one day before I sit for my Biology paper.
Crap.
Anyway, the end of war has been officially declared today. But I was already relaxing yesterday as I need not sit for Physics today. Pity the guys and gals from L6F & L6S. All of them seems so tense when they sit for the Physic paper. And I was watching Independence Day DVD on my laptop yesterday. And Masked Rider Dragon too. Though it's an old movie, but I still love watching Independence Day. A very nice movie with some kind of meaning in it, not to mention that America's always the hero in such movies. Hah, anyway it's a movie which is worth a watch and I would recommend it to anyone who's interested in it. And I got to " chuan" my friends from S & F class today. Muahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.........haha......haha....ha.......
You hear someone laughing?
October 08 Another battle begins....Oh crap.
Exam's on 24th October, and I have not really finish studying what I'm suppose to study. What else? Biology, Chemistry, Pengajian Am and Maths of course. MUET's fine with me, I think, 'cause I got a high Band 5 for oral exam( I think it's MUET 1 or 2, I forgotten which is which). Pretty good, I think, but I was aiming for Band 6. Miss Lina told me I could get a Band 6 easily if it wasn't for my jittering during the start of my speech. Yeah, gotta work harder next time. Now I'm worried about my Chemistry and Maths. Biology I think I can cope with it, PA I think it's more of memorizing and analyzing work, so my biggest problem will be the former two subjects. I sweared not to fail this time, but what have I done to improvise this two subjects? Nothing, nothing at all!!!!!! Arghhhhhhh!!!!!!
And Pn Felicia wanted the 6th Form Society to be in charge of Pn. Saro's farewell's performances.
And Pn. Saro's farewell falls on 18th October. Damn, how am I suppose to focus on my studies then?
If this is it, as a leader, I shall have to face whatever challenges or obstacles that comes to me. Time management. Ahhh, I'm poor at it. And I've got no self discipline at all. What to do? It is a bad habit that was implanted into my body since........when ah? I've already forgotten about it. Never mind, this is my own battle, and I shall have to fight it myself. Of course, with some help from friends and teachers. Anyway, I don't think I'm gonna update my blog for quite a while. Exams prevents me from doing so. I need to fight for a place in class as my class is " overpowered " by girls. L6B, the class with most girls in Form 6 in CHS. You think it's a pleasure? No, it's pressure. because it's such a shame that the boys aren't as brilliant as the girls. None of the boys in my class are in the top 10. I'm not being egoistic, but really, I think we boys should really work harder.
Anyway, gotta go and study Chemisry now....now at the end of Chapter 4. And I hereby wish everyone who are having exams all the best and good luck. Add oil!!!!! Ganbatte!!!! September 26 Final Fantasy 7 : Advent ChildrenCloud Strife.
Sephiroth.
Tifa Lockhart.
Cid Highwind.
Reno, Rude, Schion and Elena.
Rufus Shinra.
And many more......
This are the characters of Final Fantasy 7 : Advent Children, and you know what? I've finally got the FF 7 : AC the DVD yesterday!!!!! Yipppeeee!!!! (Though it's not the original one)
The original DVD, along with all the merchandises, I think it costs about a thousand over....WoW, that's 2 years plus of my pocket money man!!!!! Plus it's all the way from Japan!!!! I have a senior who had ordered the DVD in advanced and it costs him a lot more man!!!! Guess the prowess of FF 7 couldn't be suppress though.....
This movie is a definitely must-watch for all Final Fantasy fans, and I bought it because it has great CG effects and I love the storyline!!! And I love Cloud and Tifa too!!!! Cloud's motorcycle and his 7 swords rocks!!!! Tifa is damn charming and beautiful!!!! The villains, Kadaj, Yazoo and Loz is cool too!!!! There's nothing else that I can say. FF 7 : Advent Children is definitely my cup of tea. I have waited for so long and finally it's released. I'm so glad. And happy. 'Cause I can watch it everyday!!!! Muahahahahahahahahaha.......
Haih... it's been long I have not been blogging. What to do? Form 6 life wo, damn tough man. Every syllabus got to rush, especially Chemistry. You should see Pn. Wong manuever the F-15 man. I think no one understands what she says in such a short period of time.
Gotta start studying already. Exams coming. And I swear this time, I shall not fail Maths and Chemistry anymore. I wanna get A for all subjects. Go Jonny boy go!!!!!
But I ended up sleeping on the bed............Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz................

NATIONAL DAY......
MERDEKA!!! MERDEKA!!!!! MERDEKA!!!!!!!!
But I'm not going anywhere other than rotting at home doing my homework...... August 27 Malu....means Paiseh....Haizzz, holidays still gotta go tuition, and the tuition centre is in Petaling Street.
Damn.
Anyway, it was yesterday, a Friday. Went for a replacement tuition for PA at Yakin. With Wei Wei and Jia Wei. And it's my first time taking LRT. Yeah, you heard that right, my FIRST time taking LRT. Weird, right?
Ha, anyway, me and Jia Wei went over to Wei Wei's house, and Wei Wei's brother fetch us to Bukit Jalil's LRT station( thanks a lot!!!!). After buying the ticket, we were to insert the ticket into the device before we pass through it. You know the silver colour device with 3 sticks sticking out of it and it forbids you from going over to the other side unless you insert the ticket and you push the sticks so that it turns and lets you go over to the other side? Anyway, I didn't know and I just walk but the and the stick block me. When Jia Wei saw that I was not with them on the other side, she told me to insert the ticket into the device. And I'm still wondering where is the slot to insert the ticket until she told me where to insert it. This is paiseh No. 1.
Paiseh NO. 2 : When we reach Plaza Rakyat, we were to insert the ticket into that silver device again. This time, I knew where to insert the ticket, but I stood there and waited for the ticket to come out. Again, they sense that I'm not with them on the other side, Wei Wei turn over to tell me that there's no need to wait for the ticket to come out. Just walk over once the ticket is inserted.
Wah, I'm damn useless, am I? Ya, I am. In fact, I'm the only guy accompanying them to tuition that day. Jen Yaw and the rest is going on Wednesday. I feel bad, and kind of panic beside them. Why? 'Cause I don't know what to talk with them, I don't know what to start a conversation with them. Not like Jen Yaw, not like Beh. I just simply can't talk to them throughout the whole tuition and when we were in the LRT and in the bus. Maybe I am not so close with them when I was in Form 5? Or is it because there is something wrong with my communication skills? We are classmates, and we can't even have a single conversation outside school, this is not what I had expected to happen between me and my friends.
Arghhhhhh......paiseh la.......and headache again....... August 24 Boring....I thought holidays are suppose to be fun and realxing.
I was wrong.
I'm totally loss at home. I know not what to do. Other than doing homework and studying(by the way, I haven't started studying and doing my homework at all), it's just the computer and the television that I'm facing. Wanted to asked friends to go for an outing, but I'm lacking cash. And I also sweared that I would not go out for now till I score excellent results for my next exam.
Haizz....
What am I suppose to do?
Friends are all studying hard, and I'm still the lazy bum around.
But I'm watching Jewel In The Palace. And also Blade Heart. Angels of Missions is crap and nonsense. Nothing else left to do. Somehow I wish it wasn't school holidays. At least school work would keep me busy and I'm able to see my friends in school. Idling at home just doesn't sound right for me.
Arghhhhh.....I'm putting on weight again. I managed to slim down a bit after I came back from NS, and due to the haze I've got to stop my evening jogs and workouts. Stupid haze!! No, I must continue exercising. I need to be slimmer, and fitter. I don't wanna be fat again!!!!!
I'm going crazy now. Don't bother reading what I typed above. August 19 Sixth Form Society InstallationPhewwwwwww...............What a day.
Nervous I guess, and lotsa worries and panicking that causes me to overreact.
Well, I guess I worry too much. Everything went on quite well, thanks to the Upper 6 seniors and my committee members who help out to preapre food, performances and the pa system. Though the attendance of the Upper Sixes weren't that good, but overall I think the Upper Sixes who came enjoyed themselves. I'm glad they did.
Must thank my committee memmbers and whoever help me out to organize installation and made it a success though they wouldn't be reading this.
Thanks to :

practising the break dance
Jia Ci, Amelia & Chan Hong, for performing their songs during the installation

To all Upper & Lower Sixes, thank you for coming to the installation, though all of you had to wait for 2 hours
before it started
Thanks to L6A, for being so active and contributive towards the installation's performance

were coming

be more calm next time. And if I ever leftout anyone in the above list.
Finally, I can sleep peacefully without any worries.
